What KILLS me when I see this “do 15 of these a day” crap…. is the fact that if I did that every day…. it would take me at least a year to actually drop a size.

And most of these, are muscle builders/toners not fat burners.

This should be titled “STAYING slim without the gym” 

ALSO! I would like to see a plus size person make a “GET slim or fit” video. Pretty much all the people making these types of things are ALREADY slim and fit.

End rant.

With the whole “do 15 of these a day” thing. Usually what it means is “do 15 of these 3-4 times. Doing this would take like what, 5 minutes? but do it 3-4 times you’d get the maximum results. 

These will make you toned yes but cardio can only do so much. Muscle in the long run is better for you because it burns more calories while you rest. 

I agree though. I want to see someone that isn’t already slim and fit do one of these videos but I haven’t seen any in my youtube searches yet.
